The houses are oriented towards east with each a private garden and an autonomous access and parking for the guests. Each unit contains a kitchen / living room as well as a bath- and bedroom with big skylights that open to allow natural light and ventilation. A small basement serves for temporary storage.

Cleaning once a week, sheets, towels, bathrobes, essentials (shampoo, showergel), flatscreen smart TV, Wifi, kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine (2 tabs included, more available).
The water from the tap is very good and drinkable.
Check in from 2:00 pm (earlier on request only if possible).
Check out is at 11:00 am (later on request only if possible).
No pets allowed.

The average price per night for 2 persons is 220€ with a minimum stay of 3 nights.
In summer season (01.06.-05.10.2024) the price per night for 2 persons is 270€ with a minimum stay of 5 nights. This includes the use of the outdoor pool.
The price and minimum stay varies for public holidays (like Christmas, Easter) and a few other dates or weekends. In winter we do a minimum stay for 2 nights ranging from 240€-290€ excluding Christmas and New Years Eve.
The above prices include parking and cleaning and fresh sheets and towels (once per week).
Not included is the local tax of 0,85€/night p.p. (from the age of 14 years) to pay upon arrival. (1,50€/night p.p. from 01.01.2024)
We also offer the following extras. If needed please request/specify in advance:
- supplement for baby cot and high chair for up on request: 20€/night.
- supplement for kids (until 11 years) sleeping on the double couch bed: 35€ p.p./night
supplements for adults (from 12 years) sleeping on the double couch bed: 50€ p.p./night
Discounts:
We offer a 10% discount on a minimum stay of 7 nights.
We offer a 15% discount on a minimum stay of 14 nights.

It is easy and secure! Works like normal online booking. We send you the link for the payment via email through Paypal and you can pay with your Paypal account or Credit Card, just as you prefer it. We charge an extra 3% for bookings via Paypal.
security deposit
At your arrival we will ask for a security deposit of 300€. No charges will be made. The amount will be blocked on your credit card and only in case of damages we will make a claim until 48 hours after your check out.
cancellation policy
Full refund 3 weeks prior to arrival, except transaction fees (ex. Paypal) + 10€ handling fees.
50% refund on price of full period of stay if cancelled 1 week prior to arrival.
